  • IP40 or IP55 protection class

  • Selection of aluminium or copper conductor
    Note: Only copper alternative for 800A

  • Al or Cu conductors are fully tin plated.

  • 4,  4,5 or 5 conductors

  • ug-in tapping outlets every 50 cm on both sides as standard

Tapping Boxes:

  • Three phase output boxes with DIN mounted MCB up to 40A or 80A (empty or fuse included)
  • Tapping boxes with SYK switch fuse up to 160A, 250A and 400A (excluding switch fuses BS 88 > 63A)
  • Tapping boxes with MCCB (moulted case circuit breaker) with current ratings up to 160A, 250A and 400A (empty or including the circuit breaker)

The busbar trunking system was initially introduced in America in 1930s as a requirement of the changing production technologies in high-rise buildings and factories. The system started to be used in Japan and Europe in 1950s. The production and use of busbar trunking systems in Turkey was started by EAE Elektrik A.S. in 1970s.
